Viewers are profiles within the same app: each one has its own list, progress, recent channels and order. They are used to separate the family and for parental controls.
Creating and managing viewers
- Up to 5 viewers with a licence; 2 without a licence (the “Add” button appears dimmed with a PRO label).
- They are managed in Settings → Profile → “Manage viewers”, or from the “Who's watching?” screen (your photo → “Switch viewer”).
- For each one you can set Name, Color, Kids profile, Maximum age (No limit, +7, +12, +16, +18), “Clear history” and “Delete viewer”.
- “Auto sign-in on launch” (3, 6, 10 or 15 s) automatically opens the last profile if nobody chooses.

Kids profile
- Settings → Profile → “Manage viewers”.
- Press “Add” (or edit one) and enter a Name.
- Tick “Kids profile” and, if you like, choose the “Maximum age”.
- Save. The profile shows the “kids” badge.
A kids profile only sees content suitable for everyone and cannot unlock categories with the PIN. Titles above its age limit appear as “Not available on this profile”.
Parental controls with a PIN
In Settings → Profile → “Parental controls”:
- “Lock adult categories”: it is on by default. Turning it on or off asks for a PIN (“Choose a 4-digit PIN” and “Repeat the PIN”).
- “Change PIN” (asks for the current one).
- “Locked categories”: tick which categories of each source are locked (“Search categories”, “Select all”, “Clear all”).
To see what is locked, an “Unlock” option appears in the category filter (it asks for the PIN). The unlock lasts until you switch viewer. With the control on, anything marked as adult in the title's name (|ADULT|, +18) is also hidden.
